
CORRECT USE OF GREEN LIGHT POWER
The recommended daily dose of our grass juice powder is 5g. It is best to take the grass juice powder with plenty of fresh, clear water so that the body can metabolize it quickly.
Some people simply take the Green Light Power directly into their mouth and then wash it down with plenty of water. The easiest way, however, is to first fill a glass 3/4 full with water, then add the grass juice powder and then stir vigorously for a long time. This allows the mixture of barley and ancient wheat grass juice powder to dissolve nicely in the water and you get a tasty and healthy juice that is easy to drink.
Since grass juices can have a very fast and strong effect, you should test how your body reacts to them at the beginning. You can then adjust the amount accordingly and start with less and slowly increase it. Just as you feel comfortable.
Green Light Power is most effective when taken on an empty stomach. That means about half an hour before or an hour after eating. Depending on the time of day, you can also try out how best to incorporate it into your daily routine and how it works best for you. We recommend taking Green Light Power in the morning to start the day with something healthy. But many people also tell us that they take it in the evening and that they get a more restful sleep as a result.
Grass juice powders, when taken pure with pure water, probably have the greatest effect. Other additives such as fruit or vegetable juices can weaken or influence the effect due to the acids or sugars they contain. However, this and everything else that is difficult for you to stick to should not dissuade you from taking the Green Light Power, because we always say: "It doesn't really matter how, when and where you enjoy the Green Light Power, because it is always better that you take it than not take it at all."
